EOI F.S.P. with registered office at Avenida Gregorio del Amo nº 6, 28040 Madrid, CIF G81718249, email protecciondedatos@eoi.es informs about its personal data protection policy so that users freely and voluntarily determine if they wish to provide EOI with their Personal Data, which may be required or may be obtained from them when subscribing or registering for some of the services offered by EOI.

EOI reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence as well as industry practices. In such cases, EOI will announce reasonably in advance the changes introduced on this webpage.

EOI provides users with the appropriate technical resources so that, in advance, they can access this notice on EOI´s Privacy Policy or any other relevant information and can give their consent so that EOI proceeds with the automated processing of their Personal Data. Purpose

The purpose of data processing corresponds to each of the processing activities carried out by EOI and which are accessible in the Record of Processing Activities (Registro de Actividades de Tratamiento)

Legitimation

The treatment of your data is carried out based on compliance with legal obligations by EOI, fulfillment of missions carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers, as well as when the purpose of the treatment requires your consent, which will be collected through a clear affirmative action. Rights

Interested persons have the right to obtain confirmation about whether EOI is dealing with personal data that concerns them, or not.

Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes they were collected in the first place.
